NajaTea.com has created its internet Web site with your safety and security as our first priority. This statement of our privacy policy explains what information we gather from you and how we use that information. We will use the information you have shared with us only as specified in this privacy policy. By using and/or placing an order at the NajaTea.com. Website (the “NajaTea.com Website”) you are agreeing to be bound by this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use, as well as all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy or our Terms of Use, please do not use our Website.

PRIVACY POLICY

At Naja Tea, your privacy is our primary concern. The information we collect from you will be used to process orders. Naja Tea will not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.
We need your company name, contact name, phone number, fax number, e-mail address, shipping and billing information. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. We will also use e-mail e-catalogs to let you know about our new products. If you do not wish to receive any mail in the future, please let us know by sending us a message via e-mail, fax or give us a call.

YOUR ACCOUNT

If you place an order at the NajaTea.com Website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. NajaTea.com and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.

MINIMUM ORDER FOR WHOLESALE

$300.00 per order effective 07/1/2020.
Under minimum fee of $30.00 will apply to any order between $200.00 to $299.99.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment for your initial order must be made by credit card (VISA, MasterCard or American Express), unless other form of payment is arranged between you and Naja Tea in writing. You may set Net 15 Days term after your credit references are submitted and approved by Naja Tea. You can obtain the form from here and submit us via e-mail or fax. (**Make sure to fill out credit references part. We might not be able to offer you a term without your bank information or credit reference information.)

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Shipments to anywhere within all 50 U.S. States & Canada will be sent via USPS Ground.
Shipments to Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Island will be sent via Priority Mail of United States Postal Service.
Most in-stock items will be shipped out to you 4-10 business days after receipt of your order.
We will add handling charge per carton to your shipping cost.
If you wish to ship with other carrier, please provide your account number with other carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc.)

IMPORTING DUTIES AND TAXES

It is important to consider the effects of duties, taxes, port handling fees and other customs charges when determining your shipment’s total shipping charges. Customs charges will be determined by the content of your shipment and the destination country and billed to you directly.
Almost all shipments crossing international borders are subject to the assessment of duties and taxes imposed by the importing country’s government. Duties and taxes are imposed to generate revenue, protect local industries against foreign competition or both. The duties and taxes normally must be paid before the goods are released from customs. A shipment’s duty and tax amount may be based on:

  • Product value
  • Trade agreements
  • Country of manufacture
  • Use of the product
  • The product’s Harmonized System (HS) code

Customs officials assess duties and taxes based on information provided on the shipping label, the Commercial Invoice and other relevant documents.

RESPONSIBLE PARTY:

Duties and taxes on international shipments will be billed automatically to the recipient, unless the shipper requests to bill to a third party. You have to be responsible for this in addition to the shipping cost we (Naja Tea) charge you.

RETURN POLICY

Please inspect all items once you received, and if you found breakage or defect with your purchase or all other claims, please report us in writing with packing list #, item # and the condition of damage..
