WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?
Application Review Process
We look for affiliates who are a value-add for our prospective customers – if you’re a passionate tea lover and enjoy talking about products that you use and you would like to refer your audience to products on our website, you may be the right fit.
After you sign up, our team will review your application within 72 hours. In our review, we check your Social Media (websites and social network pages) to ensure that they meet our customer experience bar. All Sites must have robust regular content – a good rule of thumb is at least 10 posts. They must be publicly available (for example, they should not be a closed group, or behind a paywall).
Social Networks
We currently only accept affiliates who promote on the following social networks: Facebook (including open group pages and fan pages), Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.
Your social network account or group must be established, with a substantive number of organic followers/likes (in most cases, at least 250 with an engaged following). It must be publicly available (for example, no closed group pages).
Useful reminders
Please keep in mind that once you start posting about Naja Tea, you must clearly identify yourself as a Naja Tea Ambassador with the following language or any substantially similar statement on your Site or any other location where you promote Naja Tea: “As a Naja Tea affiliate I earn from qualifying purchases.” You cannot offer any person or entity any consideration, reward, or incentive for using your links, or request support through use of your links (for example, by referring to proceeds from orders going to a particular charity or organization, or promoting use of your links to support you or your company).
Where do I find my Affiliate Stats?
The Affiliate Area will become visible for you once your Tea Ambassador applicatio is approved and activated. You can find it at My Account > Affiliate (located on the left hand side)
When do I get paid?
Affiliate Program Commissions Schedule
In short, we pay out weekly. But here is the legal schmegal.
This Tea Ambassador Program Fee Schedule (“Schedule”) is part of the Operating Agreement that governs your participation in the Associates Program. This Schedule describes the advertising fee rates you may earn as a participant in the Program. It also describes the limitations that apply to earning advertising fees on certain Products.
From time to time, we may modify this Schedule in accordance with the Operating Agreement. All capitalized terms used below that are not defined on this page have the meanings given to them in the Operating Agreement.
During each calendar month, you may earn advertising fees for Qualifying Purchases. Most advertising fees are calculated as a percentage of Qualifying Revenues and are subject to the limitations described in the “Limitations on Advertising Fee Rates for Certain Products” section below. “Qualifying Revenues” mean amounts we receive from customers’ Qualifying Purchases, excluding shipping, handling, and gift-wrapping fees, taxes, and service charges, and less any rebates, credit card processing fees, returns, and bad debt.
The advertising fee rates you may earn will vary depending on the category of Products that are shipped in a given calendar month that constitute Qualifying Purchases. We will determine the classification of Products.
Standard Commission Structure
A standard commission of up to 15% is given on all products, excluding the ones listed below.

Important Note
From time to time, we may make changes to the advertising fee rates including but not limited to 1.) Exclude certain products or categories of products from earning advertising fees and/or 2.) Reduce or Increase the advertising fee for specific products or categories of products. We may also run special or limited time offers or promotions under which you may earn advertising fees on Products or categories of Products that were previously excluded from earning advertising fees, or you may earn increased advertising fee rates from those set forth above.
We may notify you about these exclusions, rate changes, special offers or promotions by updating this page or through emails, blog posts, or other means.
