Made with a blend of Butterfly Pea Flowers and Organic Dried Lavender, Wonderland has the scent of a rolling field of lavender, the delicately earthy taste not unlike green tea, and the magical look of Wonderland, changing hues of blue based on the amount of acid present. The color starts out blue, then shifts to purple after adding an acid (like lemon juice). If you keep this up the tea will eventually turn a vibrant shade of magenta! The blue hue comes from pigments called anthocyanins.
